KF Properties

We were approached by Socrates Projects to support the design of new concept interiors for KF Properties, a central London landlord who specializes in fully furnished rentals. We provided 3D support for concepts for the 4 different flat types that they rent, from studios, up to 3-bedroom properties. The visuals were used to get concept sign off, and over 6 months we then supported Socrates Projects (who acted as Project Manager) and the contractor, to deliver drawings for 13 flats across their estate. We provided support on furniture detailing, adjustments to the flats where needed, and guidance on areas where additional input from Structural Engineers was needed to complete works in each location.
