Seymours Estate Agents Guildford

Seymours Estate Agents is a local company with offices across Surrey. After seeing our work on the Woking office, the partners at the Guildford office approached us to help them with updating the design they had for a relocation to a new office on Guildford High St. The project was already on site, so time was of the essence.

Our brief was to draw on the key elements of the Woking Flagship, and work with the D&B contractor on delivering the new look and feel, whilst keeping elements which had already been procured for the old design.

We quickly pulled together a concept design, including the new reception desk, green wall and video walls which featured at Woking, along with the material palette for the floors and walls. The ceiling pods we designed for Woking were also used, but changed from black to white to suit the smaller unit with lower ceiling heights.

Working with the contractor, we sourced less expensive light fittings, to meet the budget of the old design, and still keep the new look.

The overall effect was a real success and the office opened in mid-October 2022.
